Manage a society member’s details

Edit a member’s handicap or contact details once, on their profile, and it is the number waiting the next time you add them to an outing.

Society plan

One edit, everywhere it matters

Open a member’s profile from the directory to change their handicap, tee, contact details or the notes you keep on them. Because every outing pulls from the same record, the change is there the next time you add them anywhere - no need to fix the same handicap on five different outings.

An outing you have already built keeps its own copy

Editing a profile only affects outings you add them to from that point on. An outing that already has them in it keeps whatever was on file the day you added them, so nothing already scored or recorded moves under you because of a change made somewhere else.

If someone has stopped coming

There is currently no way to archive or remove a member from the directory - once someone is in it, their profile stays there. That costs nothing in practice: because an outing keeps its own copy of what a member had at the time, nothing on an old outing’s results ever changes based on what you do, or do not do, to a departed member’s profile afterwards.
