The bit they’ll actually talk about

Watch it come down to the last hole.

It’s Saturday, 4.15pm, and there are two points in it. Every score entered on the course shows up on the board straight away, on every phone in the trip. The rivalry between the fourballs is what the weekend is really about - and now it plays out live, not added up in the bar three hours later.

Score from your phone. No app. Stableford, stroke play, match play, skins, Bowmaker, scrambles - seventeen formats, WHS handicaps applied properly, countback handled when it’s tied.

The result’s settled before you’ve left the green. Final placings are computed the moment scoring closes, and ties are split by proper countback instead of an argument in the bar. One tap and it’s on the group chat.

And the person who built the sheet? Watching the same board. The draw went out days ago; there are no what-time-am-I-off messages to answer, so they get to just watch it come in like everyone else.

For the trip

From a list of names to a finished tee sheet in minutes.

You've got 16 players, 3 couples, and a scratch golfer who always wants the first tee.

Step 1

Your list in, however you’ve got it

Paste it straight from WhatsApp or a spreadsheet. There’s no retyping, and missing handicaps are fine - it copes.

Step 2

Keep the ones who shouldn’t play together apart

Keep couples together, keep Dave away from his brother-in-law, and spread the bandits out.

Step 3

It builds the groups. You’re not the bad guy

Fair, balanced groups with different partners each day, and handicaps done properly to the full WHS - by the app, not by you.

No other society tool does this bit. The engine tries thousands of arrangements and hands you the five fairest - couples together, rivals apart, bandits spread out.

Step 4

One link answers “what time am I off?” for good

Tee times, live scoring and the leaderboard, on any device, with no login. Go and pack.

What it looks like in practice

A WhatsApp list, four days out

Ben pastes thirty-two names into the Monte Encina tour, straight out of the group chat, half of them missing handicaps. Four rounds of fair, balanced groups come back before his coffee’s cold - with Dave and his brother-in-law Gary kept in separate fourballs every single day, because Ben set that rule once and never thought about it again.

Off scratch to off thirty-six, evened out

The tour field runs from Nadia at 4 to Gary at a heroic 36. Instead of the good players clustering in one group and the high handicappers in another, the app spreads the range across every fourball, so no group is a procession and no group is a fight - and every playing handicap is worked to the full WHS, per course, without anyone reaching for a calculator.

7.10am, someone pulls out

Craig drops out of the August fixture at ten past seven on the Saturday morning. Piotr is next on the waitlist, so he’s invited and into the 9:20 group before Alan has finished his coffee. The sheet re-balances around the change; nobody else’s morning moves.

The Ravensmoor Golf Society - our demo society

For the society

Keeps your members, your fixtures, and who won.

Type your members once. Never again

One directory with handicaps and contact details. Every event starts from it - no more retyping the same sixty names.

The Order of Merit that remembers itself

Results filed round by round, the season table always current. When someone asks who won in April, the answer is a tap, not an evening in your inbox.

Someone drops out, the next player’s already in

RSVP links and reminders that chase so you don’t have to - and the waitlist fills the gap before you’ve even heard about the dropout.

Prize night, sorted, standings and all

The year is closed out properly: the winners are right, ties are split by proper countback, and nothing has to be rebuilt from old emails the week before.

Team Competitions

Run team competitions like the big occasion

A Ryder-Cup-style team match for your trip. Two to four teams, captains’ picks by phone link, live match boards, and a projector view for the clubhouse wall. Retire the laminated sheet.

Questions

The questions everyone asks.

What is actually free?

The full scheduler on every trip, up to 12 players and one round - free forever, no card. Bigger trips are a one-off payment, and the prices are right here on this page.

Do my players need to download or sign up for anything?

No. They get a link. Tee times, score entry and the leaderboard all work in the browser on any phone. If they can open WhatsApp, they can use it.

What if I don’t have everyone’s handicap?

Paste what you have. Missing handicaps don’t stop the scheduler - add or fix them later and regenerate in seconds.

Does it handle our formats?

Seventeen of them - Stableford, stroke play, match play, skins, foursomes, scrambles, Bowmaker and more, with WHS playing handicaps calculated correctly for each.

Is my data locked in?

No. Your data is yours - export your members, results and trip history any time from your account page.

If we stop paying, do we lose our history?

No. Exporting everything - members, trips, results and the ledger - works the same whether you are on the free plan, a lapsed annual, or have never paid at all.
