You know the evening. It’s Tuesday, the trip is Saturday week, and somewhere in the group chat someone has said the words "sort it out by Friday?". So you open a spreadsheet: thirty-two names, four rounds, and a set of rules nobody wrote down but everybody enforces. The couples want to play together. Two of the group must never, ever be drawn together again. The low handicappers shouldn’t all land in one group. And whatever you produce, the first reply will be from someone who doesn’t like their tee time.

The unfair part was never the golf. It’s that one person carries the admin so everyone else can just turn up. The draw takes an evening, the "what time am I off?" messages take another, and on the Saturday you’re adding up cards in the bar while everyone else is on their second pint.

Who’s on the Tee? exists to hand that evening back. Paste the list in however it comes. Set the rules once: who plays together, who doesn’t, who needs the early time. Generate, and a fair draw for the whole trip appears in the time it takes to make a coffee. Share one link and the tee-time questions stop, because the answer is in everyone’s pocket.

Then, on the day, the same link takes the scores. Everyone enters from the course, no app, no account, and the leaderboard moves while the matches are still out there. The rivalry between the fourballs plays out live at the 16th instead of being announced two hours later. Ties come out right too: proper countback, shown working and all.
