Add another organiser
Add them by email from the Members panel in your society’s Settings on the dashboard. They need an account first, and they become an organiser straight away.
FreeAdd them by email
Another organiser can run the society alongside you: building outings, managing players, generating tee sheets and opening scoring. There is no emailed invite to send. The person needs a Who’s on the Tee? account first, so ask them to sign up if they have not, then you add them using the email address on that account.
- Make sure they have an account, using the email address you are about to type.
- On your dashboard, open Settings on your society to show its Members panel.
- Type their email address and select Invite.
- They are an organiser straight away. There is nothing for them to accept.
If it does not work
If the app says there is no account for that email address, they have not signed up with it yet, or signed up with a different address. If it says they are already a member, they are in already and there is nothing more to do.
There is no one-click way to promote someone who is already in your directory as a member. Adding them by email here is how a person becomes an organiser.
What it costs, and the one limit
Adding organisers is free on every plan, and there is no limit on how many a society can have. The one limit is on the person: an account on the free plan can run one society. If the person you add already runs a different society on a free account, adding them to yours will not work until they move to the Society plan.
Adding someone does not share your paid plan with them. Paid features such as the member directory follow each person’s own plan rather than the society, so an organiser on the free plan sees the same upgrade prompts as any free account, even in a society you pay for.
