Export your data

What you can export, and how

From your account page, one button downloads a single file with everything you have put into Who’s on the Tee?: your societies and their members, every trip, players, rounds, the rules and groupings you set, scorecards and round results, the money ledger (charges and receipts, for both trips and the wider society), RSVPs, and a record of the consents and emails logged against you.

It is a plain data file, not a formatted report - built to be complete and accurate rather than pretty, so you can hand it to a spreadsheet, a new committee, or just keep it somewhere safe.

It never depends on paying

This is the whole point of the export: it works exactly the same whether you are on the free plan, your annual plan has lapsed, or you have never bought anything. There is no upgrade prompt, no paywall, and no reduced version for a free account. If you can sign in, you can export.

What is not in it

Also excluded, by design: rows that have been deleted from the money ledger. The export is a snapshot of your current records, not a full audit history of everything that ever existed - deleting something removes it from the export the same way it removes it from the app.

If the person who set things up moves on

A society is not tied to any one person’s login. There is no single owner on a society or a trip - access works by membership, and any organiser with the admin role can run any trip that society has. More than one person can hold that role at once, and an existing organiser can add or promote another to admin from the team panel on the dashboard.

So if the person who set the society up stops organising, or leaves the club altogether, the society is not stuck. Any other admin can carry straight on running it - adding trips, managing members, generating tee sheets - without anything needing to be handed over from the person who has gone.
