Generate the tee sheet
The app builds two thousand possible draws, scores each against your rules, and offers you the best five. Pick the one you like.
FreeWhat happens when you hit generate
The app builds two thousand possible draws, scores each one against the rules you have set, and hands you the best five to choose from. It takes a few seconds, not an evening, and the five it offers are genuinely different from one another rather than the same sheet shuffled.
Three ways to balance a group
Spread mixes abilities within each group, so a low handicapper is playing alongside a high one - the sociable option, and the one most societies want. Balanced does the opposite and keeps similar abilities together, which suits a competitive round. Random is a straight shuffle. All three still respect every rule you have set; the mode only decides how handicaps are weighed once the rules are satisfied.
If nothing valid can be built
Sometimes your rules cannot all be true at once - five newcomers, four groups, and a limit of one per group. Rather than quietly produce a sheet that breaks a promise, the app tells you which rule to loosen before it generates. You find that out at your kitchen table rather than on the first tee.
