Close the year out: six reports for your society

Sign-ups, participation, data quality, the season summary, dormant members and the trophy cabinet - six views of your society on one page.

Annual plan

Six reports, one page

Reports pulls together six views of your society: sign-up status (who’s confirmed for an event, who has no email on file, who hasn’t replied), member participation (rounds played per person across every trip and season), data hygiene (missing details and likely duplicates), season summary (final standings, best rounds, format mix and trophies for a season), dormant members (anyone who hasn’t played in a while) and the trophy cabinet (side-game winners across every season and trip). Pick a society at the top of the page and each report opens on that society’s data.

What a stale handicap means

Data hygiene flags a handicap as stale when it hasn’t been updated in the last year. That doesn’t mean the number is wrong - it just means nobody has touched it in that time, so it’s worth a quick check before the next trip. The same report flags anyone missing an email address, and anything that looks like the same person entered twice, so you can tidy the directory before it causes a mix-up on a tee sheet.

Dormant members get a nudge, not just a list

The dormant members report doesn’t just tell you who’s drifted off - each row has a button to send them a re-engagement email on the spot, so bringing someone back is one click rather than a job you keep meaning to get to.
