Weather and lift-share for your outing
Both the forecast and the lift-share suggestions live on your outing page, not on the sheet you share with players.
FreeTwo conveniences for you, not for players
The weather forecast for each round and the lift-share groupings both live on your outing page - the screen only you, as organiser, see. Neither rides on the public tee sheet link, so a player who opens the shared sheet sees tee times and groups, and nothing about the weather or a lift.
The forecast
Once a round has a course attached, a short forecast for that date and location sits on your outing page, so you can see at a glance whether it is worth telling players to bring waterproofs.
Lift-share is a suggestion you send, not a board players use
Lift-share groups your attending players by postcode area and hands you a ready-made message to copy into the group chat, suggesting who might travel together. Nothing is booked or confirmed by it, and no player opens a board of their own - it works through you, the same way the tee sheet text does.
