A player didn’t get the email

Check spam first, then confirm the address on file is right and marked opted in, then resend - the delivery status under the button confirms whether it actually landed this time.

Per-trip plan

Check the spam folder first

It is the single most common cause, and worth ruling out before anything else. Ask them to check spam or junk, and to search their inbox for Who’s on the Tee? rather than scrolling for it.

Confirm the address on file, and that it is opted in

Open the player’s entry in the Players tab and check the email address is right - a single typo sends it nowhere. Each player with an email also carries a small mail icon reading Email on file - opted in or Email on file - opted out; if it reads opted out, ticking their email consent back on when you fix their entry is part of the repair, not a separate step.

If it had genuinely bounced, you would already know

A soft bounce (a full inbox, a temporary server hiccup) is logged quietly without disabling anything or alerting you, so it is worth trying again in that case - it can go through on the next attempt.

Resend it

Once the address is right, use Email all players again from the schedule tab. The delivery status shown under the button counts sent, delivered and bounced, so you can confirm it actually went out this time rather than guessing.
