Let the app email the tee sheet for you
Turn it on once and the tee sheet reaches players before the trip, again each evening, and once more to say thanks after - no account needed to open it.
Per-trip planThree sends, each one optional
Open a trip’s rules and you’ll find email scheduling: three switches you can turn on or off independently. The first sends the tee sheet a set number of days before the trip starts, from one day out to a fortnight, whichever you choose. The second sends that evening’s tee sheet for the next day, every evening while the trip is on. The third sends a thank-you once the trip is over, with room for you to add your own message. Turn any of them off and that send simply doesn’t happen; nothing else changes.
What a player sees
A player who’s given you their email gets a message with that day’s tee sheet, their tee time and who they’re playing with, and a button that opens the tee sheet itself. A calendar invite comes attached to the pre-trip and nightly emails too, so the round lands straight in their diary.
The link inside needs no account
The button in every trip email opens the public tee sheet page. Nobody needs to sign in, remember a password, or install anything - if they can open the email, they can see the tee sheet.
