I can’t sign in
Reset your password if you set one, make sure you are using the same method (email or Google) you originally signed up with, and use Get in touch at the bottom of this page if neither gets you back in.
FreeReset your password
If you know you set a password when you joined, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. You will get a reset link by email within a couple of minutes if an account exists for that address - the message reads the same either way, which is deliberate, so check spam if nothing has turned up after a few minutes.
Signed up one way, trying the other
You can get into Who’s on the Tee? either with an email and password, or by continuing with Google, and signing in only works with whichever one you actually used to set the account up in the first place. If a password reset never arrives, or Google signs you into an account that is not the one you expected, try the other method before assuming something is broken.
