Payments: tracked, not processed
5 July 2026
A straight answer, because it’s the sort of thing worth being clear about. Who’s on the Tee? keeps a ledger of who owes what: green fees, the prize pot, who’s paid and who hasn’t. The prize pot splits itself across the places, and you can adjust the split. Every player’s balance sits on the trip page where you can see it at a glance.
What it does not do is move the money. It is not a payment processor. The cash still changes hands the way it always has, by bank transfer or in person, and you mark it off as it comes in. The app is the record, not the bank.
That’s a deliberate line. Tracking who owes what is the part that used to live in a side spreadsheet and cause the arguments. Handling other people’s money is a different job with different rules, and it isn’t one we take on.
