We can email the sheet, but the share link is the tap

Email is there. The app will send the tee sheet to players’ inboxes, with a calendar invite attached, and it will send nightly updates during the trip and a wrap-up afterwards. If your society lives in email, it’s covered.

But the thing that actually stops the questions is the share link. One link on the group chat answers "what time am I off?" for the whole trip, on any phone, with no app and no account. When someone’s wife asks what time he’s teeing off, he opens the same link and shows her. That’s the tap that does the work.

So use both if you like, or lean on the link. Email pushes it out; the link is the thing everyone actually opens. Either way, the tee-time questions stop.
